This project will be unlike any other townhome or condominium in Robertson County.  These units will be designed with a historic exterior to mesh with the design of the town square, yet will feature modern interior finishes.  Thoughtful design will be perfect for families or retirees with some units including elevators.  Seventeen units will add new life to the downtown historic district of Springfield!

Southern States Construction is offering two different floor plans with different uses of living space in mind:

The Family Floor Plan (see rendering diagram below) features a first floor with a spacious open-concept plan that encompasses kitchen, dining, and living areas, plus a pantry and powder room.  The primary suite is located on the second floor and is complimented by a beautiful balcony facing the city square.  This floor also includes the laundry room, a secondary bedroom, and a second full bath.  The guest suite and large bonus/media room are both located on the third floor, and this floor features beautiful views of downtown Springfield.

The Home Office Floor Plan (see rendering diagram below) includes a first floor efficiency space with a welcoming foyer, living area/office area, wet bar, and a full bath.  This space could also be used as an in-law or guest suite.  The second floor features a modern open-concept kitchen, dining and living area.  This floor also includes a bedroom and full bath.  The third floor consists of a spacious master suite and a secondary bedroom and full bath.
